This project saw the complete revitalization of a plant floor by removing the old painted surface and applying a new epoxy floor coating.

• First the existing floor is mechanically stripped of old paint and debris
• Cracks in the underlying concrete pad are then manually sealed with epoxy and allowed to set-up
• Raised areas such as equipment mounts and curbs are then treated with the coating
• The area is then laid out in a grid of sections to be completed
• Application to the general floor surface with a rubber squeegee application
• The product is then back-rolled as it is put on to knock-down high points and ridges
• Completed sections are left to set-up and air circulated with large fans
